Twin Dolphins Diving Safe

Be a safe diver. Prepare yourself to enjoy!

Scuba diving is a very rewarding activity: There is a fantastic world to enjoy and discover down there and a few basic rules, that we should all follow, will allow us to get the most out of each immersion we make.

Make a mental list before engaging on a dive trip:

  • Be comfortable with your diving skills. Keep them fresh!

  • Understand the conditions of the site you will be visiting. Make sure it is within your experience level.

  • Do not dive drunk or under the influence of drugs. Avoid diving with a hangover.

  • Check your gear before an immersion.

  • Down there, stay in contact with your buddies.

  • If  you have a computer make sure to listen to it!

  • Do not dive if you are flying within the next 24 hours.

  • Eat healthy. Sleep well. Drink water. Keep in good physical condition!

  • Just before the immersion,  breath easy and relax!
